L'Iris is a warm and charming Périgord cottage, a great base for exploring the area or unwinding by simply enjoying the peace and quiet.

The living area exudes authenticity: soft yellow natural stone, old beams and an inviting sitting area, equipped with a TV with French and English channels.

Dining out at one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to arrange. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

• Refrigerator with freezer compartment

• Dishwasher

The bedroom (bed 140x200) with exposed oak beams is located on the first floor, where air conditioning provides cooling on the hottest days. The shower and toilet are in a separate enclosed room; the sink, as is often the case in this type of old house, is in the bedroom itself.

Outside, under the wisteria, the private terrace with table and chairs offers a sheltered spot. A short path winds down to the pool.
