Le Bleuet is a beautifully restored 300 year old Perigordine cottage full of charm – with original stone floors, exposed beams and character features such as wall niches and an old cooking area: silent witnesses to its past as a farmhouse.

Downstairs is the living area, with a dining table, a sitting area with TV (FR/EN) and a wood stove for the cooler days.

Eating out in one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to achieve. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with, among other things:

• Hob
• Microwave
• Refrigerator with freezer compartment

The spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms: a double and a smaller room with two single beds, nice for children. Both rooms have air conditioning.

The shower and toilet are located in a separate enclosed space; both bedrooms have a washbasin, as is often the case in this type of old house.

Sloping ceilings and skylights create a cozy atmosphere and views of the surrounding hills.

To the front of the house is a small enclosed garden with a shady veranda – a peaceful place to relax. To the rear of the house is a second terrace, with pergola and gas barbecue – a sheltered and atmospheric place for al fresco dining.
