La Lavande is a single-story holiday home with a private, enclosed garden, designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. The property offers plenty of privacy and is a great base for exploring the Périgord Noir or simply relaxing.

The entrance features wide French doors that open onto the bright living area, leading to the garden. Inside, the living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove for the cooler months and a TV with French and English channels.

Dining out at one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to arrange. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

A stone arch leads to the bedroom with a natural stone wall and a comfortable double bed (140x190). The en-suite bathroom is designed with accessibility in mind and features a spacious, step-free shower and toilet. There is also a sofa bed (90x190) which could potentially be used for a child.

Outside, the private garden offers a peaceful, enclosed space to relax. The paved terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue – ideal for a peaceful summer meal.

Thanks to the threshold-free layout and wide entrances La Lavande is also suitable for guests with limited mobility or who require extra space.
