La Clématite is a 150 year old barn, lovingly converted into a light and comfortable studio. Ideal for a short stay or holiday in the Dordogne. The studio is set apart from the other gites, with only one neighbour ( La Violette ).
The sleeping and living area are combined and furnished with a queen-size bed, comfortable chairs and a dining area with table and benches. The TV offers French channels.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.
Eating out in one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to achieve. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen with, among other things:
• Refrigerator
• Electric stove
• Microwave
• Small dishwasher
The patio doors open directly onto the small terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
