La Clématite is located in a 150-year-old barn, lovingly converted into a bright and comfortable studio apartment. Ideal for a short stay or holiday in the Dordogne. The studio is separate from the other gîtes, with only one neighbor ( La Violette ).

The sleeping and living areas are combined and furnished with a queen-size bed, comfortable chairs, and a dining area with a table and benches. The TV offers French channels.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.

Dining out at one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to arrange. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen, which includes:
• Refrigerator
• Electric stove
• Microwave
• Small dishwasher

The French doors open directly onto the small terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

All the gîtes at Domaine Le Jardin Des Amis in Meyrals share access to the heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), the expansive grounds, and the surrounding forest.
