Terms and Conditions
To book a holiday at Les Jardin Des Amis we ask you to agree to the following conditions:
I hereby declare that I am over 18 years of age and am making this booking on behalf of my party.
I agree to pay a 25% deposit to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the stay is re-booked for the same period. In that case the deposit will be refunded minus a small administrative fee.
I agree to pay the remaining balance 6 weeks before the start of the holiday (if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the start, the full amount must be paid immediately). I understand that the total holiday amount is normally non-refundable for cancellations within this 6 week period, but please refer to the cancellation policy below.
I agree to pay a refundable deposit of 150 euros per cottage (or 75€ per studio). This will be refunded within a week if no damage is found in the accommodation.
A cleaning fee of €35 for the smaller gîtes or €50 for the two largest (L'Anémone and La Campanule) will be charged for cleaning the apartment after departure.
All prices include bed linen and bathroom towels. These may not be taken to the pool. Large towels are available on request for a small fee of €3 each. Rolled cushions for the poolside loungers are also available on request with a refundable deposit of €10. Please enquire upon arrival. If extra beds are requested, a small fee will be charged for extra bed linen and/or towels.
Since January 2011, as in other parts of France, a 'Taxe de Séjour' per night must be paid by all adult guests. This tax is added to the total amount and calculated based on the number of adults entered in the booking form.
I understand that all children on the premises must be supervised by an adult.
I agree to leave the accommodation in the same clean condition as I found it and am willing to pay for any damage caused by members of my party.
The owners of Le Jardin des Amis accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage occurring during the rental period of any part of the property.
Please note: if you leave later than the agreed departure time of 10am (unless previously agreed with us), we reserve the right to retain €50 (per hour) from the refundable security deposit, as this will hinder the preparation of the gite for the next guests and may delay their access.
For your safety and that of your vehicles, there are surveillance cameras active on the public paths and the two parking lots. The images are stored (but destroyed weekly) and are only accessible to the police in the event of an incident.
