Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy:
The 25% deposit will be refunded minus an administrative fee of €25, provided that another reservation is made for the same period. If no other reservation is made, no refund will be made.
After full payment, the amount will be refunded if a new reservation is made, minus an administrative fee of 25€. If no new reservation is made, only the deposit (150€) and the cleaning costs (35€ or 50€ depending on the type of accommodation) will be refunded.
It is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance for cases of force majeure. These conditions do not apply if the health crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic leads to border closures, new lockdowns or travel restrictions within the country.
