La Clématite is a 150 year old barn, lovingly converted into a light and comfortable studio. Ideal for a short stay or holiday in the Dordogne. The studio is set apart from the other gites, with only one neighbour ( La Violette ).

The sleeping and living area are combined and furnished with a queen-size bed, comfortable chairs and a dining area with table and benches. The TV offers French channels.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.

Eating out in one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to achieve. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen with, among other things:

L'Anémone is our largest holiday home. Downstairs there is an open plan living space with lots of light, sliding doors leading out onto a terrace, a large dining table, a sitting area and a wood burner for the cooler months.

Eating out in one of the many restaurants in the area remains tempting – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to achieve. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with, among other things:
• Oven and hob (Neff)

The upper floors have three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms (one with queen-size bed) share a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The third (family) room is very spacious and with visible roof beams very atmospheric. This room has air conditioning, a double bed, two single beds, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sitting area, a small desk and a mini fridge.

There are two terraces: one in the morning sun with a large table and gas barbecue, the other catches the afternoon sun and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is just behind the house.

La Campanule is a charming, spacious holiday home spread over two levels. The combination of the characteristic yellow stones of the Dordogne, wooden beams and plenty of natural light creates a rustic but light atmosphere. With a sunny terrace, privacy and jacuzzi, this is a great place to catch your breath.

Downstairs is the living area with a cozy sitting area, TV (FR/EN) and a kitchen with a high bar table.

Le Bleuet is a beautifully restored 300 year old Perigordine cottage full of charm – with original stone floors, exposed beams and character features such as wall niches and an old cooking area: silent witnesses to its past as a farmhouse.
